PUBLIC WELFARE ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE ROYAL BRAHMAYAN GUIDELINES (LUANG POR RUESI) OF THE SANGHA OF WAT CHANTARAM (THA SUNG) MUEANG DSTRICT, UTHAITHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the level of public welfare administration according to the Phrarajbrahmayana guidelines. (Luang Phor Ruesi) 2) Study the relationship between the PDCA principles of quality management and public welfare administration according to the Phrarajbrahmayana guidelines. (Luang Pho Ruesi) 3) Presenting guidelines for public welfare administration according to the royal Brahmayan guidelines. (Luang Phor Ruesi) The research method is a combined method. Quantitative research used a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.954 from a sample of 380 people. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and analysis using Pearson's correlation coefficient method. and qualitative research Interviews with 9 key informants or people were analyzed descriptively.

The results of the research found that 1) the level of public welfare administration according to the Phrarajbrahmayana guidelines (Luang Por Ruesi) of the Chantaram Temple Sangha (Tha Sung), Mueang District, Uthai Thani Province, overall is at a high level ( =4.23, S.D.=0.56) 2) Relationship between PDCA principles of quality management and public welfare administration according to the Phrarajbrahmayana guidelines. (Luang Por Ruesi) are related (r=0.777**), so the research hypothesis is accepted. 3) Guidelines for public welfare administration according to the Phrarajbrahmayana guidelines (Luang Pho Ruesi) found that 1. Helping with living needs included providing food and drinking water for the poor.  Create a network of like-minded people 2. In terms of advice on making a living, there is vocational training for the community. Mental development goes hand in hand with career development. 3. Local residential development includes developing houses that are appropriate, safe and energy efficient. Manage waste systems and the environment 4.Health care assistance includes: There are trained monks and a team of volunteers to help. Organize training to provide health knowledge to the public.
