DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPENSATION REIMBURSEMENT SYSTEM PROGRAM FOR WORKING OUTSIDE OF OFFICIAL HOURS FOR A GROUP OF PHARMACISTS AT PRINCE OF SONGKHLA HOSPITAL. FACULTY OF MEDICINE PRINCE OF SONGKHLA UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This research article aims to: 1. Develop a compensation disbursement system for overtime work for the pharmacist group at Songkhlanagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkhla University. 2. Evaluate the efficiency of the compensation disbursement system for overtime work for the pharmacist group at Songkhlanagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkhla University. The sample group used in the research includes branch/department staff (data entry personnel), financial staff, and overtime working staff, totaling 33 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with mean and standard deviation.

 Research Findings:

1. The compensation disbursement system for overtime work for the pharmacist group at Songkhlanagarind Hospital can be used effectively according to the objectives and needs of actual users.


2. The efficiency evaluation of the program in three aspects: information system design, information system service, and information system utilization, found that the information system utilization aspect had the highest average score of x̄ = 3.88 and S.D.=0.91.

          Conclusion: The developed program can help make the disbursement of overtime compensation for pharmacists faster and more accurate.
