Abstract
This research has the following objectives: 1) study the essential needs and management guidelines for guidance services in opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. 2) Study the management guidelines for guidance services in opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample used in the research was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table, resulting in a total of 226 participants. The research instruments included: 1) questionnaires and 2) interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results found that 1) The essential needs for the management of guidance services in opportunity expansion schools under the office of Nan primary educational service area 1, are at the highest level across all five guidance service areas. The areas with the highest average scores, in order, are: counseling services, assessment services, placement services, follow-up services, and information services. 2) Guidelines for managing the integrated guidance work of the school to expand opportunities under the jurisdiction of the Nan primary educational service area 1, divided into areas as follows: 2.1) Individual Inventory Service 2.2) Information Service 2.3) Counseling Service 2.4) Placement Service And 2.5) Follow-up Service
