A PERSPECTIVE ON MANAGING EDUCATION IN A NEW ERA WITHOUT BORDERS
Main Article Content
Abstract
Education in the era of borderless learning reflects significant changes in the process of learning and communication within a global society, particularly with the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This has transformed education into something not confined to a specific location or country. Learning in this era is accessible from anywhere at any time, emphasizing flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of learners. Digital technology-based education fosters essential skills for living in a rapidly changing society. Learners can access various online resources that enhance academic skills and critical thinking. Education today is not limited to academic knowledge but also focuses on developing collaboration skills for working with others in a multicultural and economically diverse society.
