SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION THAT PROMOTES LEARNING AND TEACHING IN THE DIGITAL ERA BY A-3T-S-E MODEL

Abstract
This article aims to present a new model of educational administration that promotes teaching and learning in the digital era. This school administration is to develop teachers' teaching and improve the quality of students. Rapid developments in digital technology are transforming the education system and the traditional school administration model should adapt to the needs of teaching in the modern era. This study documents of administrator, teaching, learning, and characteristics of administrators and teachers in the digital era. Finally, a proposal was made to create a new model that promotes teaching and learning in the digital era that is student-centered, namely the A-3T-S-E Model.
This model shows that the school administration model promotes teaching and learning in the digital era, focus on improving teaching methods and improving the quality of students' learning, and know how to fully utilize digital technology to promote management innovation in educational institutions. Creating an educational environment conducive to the effective use of technology, and this article is a valuable resource for school administrators who want to keep up with the changes and sustainably improve the quality of education in the digital era.
