Abstract

The book “The Ek Path” is a Dhamma book. This book is about half the size of an A4 paper, 20th printing in 2012, produced by Tammada Publishing House at Met Sai Printing House, and has 340 pages in total. The Ek Path aims to explain 8 topics, consisting of: (1) The Ek Path is a basic foundation of Vipassana meditation for those who have never been interested in studying and practicing Dhamma before. (2) Abandoning Sakkaya Ditthi is pointing out the first goal and direction of the practice. (3) The Dead End Wrong Path is pointing out the wrong path of practice or two extremes in order to find the middle way more easily. (4) From the Beginning to the End is pointing out the right path of practice or the middle way, explaining everything from the beginning of the practice to the end. (5) The Heart of Meditation is a presentation of the overall principles of Dhamma practice, including Samatha meditation and Vipassana meditation. (6) The Story of the Blank Palm Leaf is a simple example of Dhamma practice. Which can be done in daily life (7) Sunyata is a story about the end of the practice from the experience that teachers have passed on for us to listen to and (8) Souvenirs are records of Dhamma conversations with fellow practitioners who have walked different
