Abstract
This academic article is a study of public policy and state planning. It was found that the study of public policy and state planning is a mechanism that can create a society with a quality of life. which is studied as a process to drive the mechanism. Create changes in the government sector to make an important contribution to the push to achieve "A society with a quality of learning" along with "progressing to a standard public" and "creating a society into a welfare state" by "having a plan to respond to the masses". In this process, it is necessary to study public policy in order to achieve state planning and create equality in the state planning to be able to respond to policies in society, as well as to create changes to national development so that this society is equal in various aspects.
