Abstract

The development of educational leadership in the 21st century is crucial for addressing the changes occurring in society and rapidly advancing technology. Approaches to developing educational leaders should include enhancing a variety of skills, such as management, critical thinking, and the use of technology to improve teaching and learning processes. Building an organizational culture that supports collaborative learning among teachers, students, and parents, as well as promoting teamwork, is also essential. Furthermore, educational policies should focus on sustainability and align with future changes. The use of technology to strengthen leadership and the creation of international leadership networks are also important for bridging learning gaps and exchanging ideas globally. These strategies will help develop educational leaders who are adaptable and capable of effectively driving education towards a sustainable future.
