Abstract
Modern organizational models in the AI era are critical for increasing agility, efficiency, and innovation, allowing businesses to respond quickly to technological advancements and market changes. They also prioritize data-driven decision-making, automation, and ethical AI practices to increase competitiveness and trust. This paper aims to analyze modern organizational models in the AI era. The study discovered that modern organizational models in the AI era are distinguished by data-driven decision-making, agility, and decentralized workflows that improve collaboration and flexibility. AI automates tasks and augments human roles, promoting innovation and productivity. Customer-centricity through personalization is critical, and a strong emphasis on ethics and transparency ensures responsible AI use, which fosters trust and accountability. These features enable organizations to thrive in today's rapidly changing technological environment.
