PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HUAI NAKHI WATER SLOWING DEPARTMENT, SI OR SUBDISTRICT, KUMPHAWAPI DISTRICT UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

          This research article has the objective 1) to study public participation in the construction of the Huai Nakhi Water Slowing Department 2) to study factors affecting public participation in the construction of the Huai Nakhi water slowdown and 3) to study guidelines for developing public participation in the construction of the Nakhi Huai water slowdown, Si O. It is quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample population includes: There were 359 people in the Si O Subdistrict area, a group of 10 people giving interviews. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency values, percentage values, multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis accompanying the discussion of results
          The results of the research found that: 1) the participation of the people in the construction of the Huai Nakhi Water Slowing Department, Si O Subdistrict, and Kumphawapi District. Udon Thani Province Overall it is at the lowest level. They can be arranged in descending order as follows: Participation in thinking Participation in decision making Participation in planning and participation in monitoring and evaluation, respectively. (2) Factors affecting public participation in the construction of the Huai Nakhi Water Slowing Department, Si O Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District. Udon Thani Province Importantly, these include organizational factors Community factors and social and economic factors, respectively and (3) it is necessary to create a sustainable people's cooperation process, with guidelines such as a participatory process on issues.
