DECISION-MAKING LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE NORTHEAST UNDER THE NEW NORMAL SITUATION

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study a new decision-making leadership model and 2) to compare the decision-making leadership of administrators of vocational education institutions in the Northeastern region under the new normal situation. Classified according to working status Operating experience and the size of the educational institution is qualitative research The population used in the study consisted of 212 educational institution administrators and personnel working at 3 vocational education institutions in the Northeast. Using a random sampling method stratified by province, the sample number was 136 people, divided into institution administrators. Study of 6 people, 130 personnel working at vocational education institutions in the Northeastern region. The research tools were questionnaires, and a 5-level rating scale with a confidence value of .94. Statistics used in data analysis included the percentage of each mean and standard deviation T-test (t-test), one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and checking for differences in pairs. By using Scheffe's method of examining differences,
The results found that: 1) The level of decision-making leadership styles of school administrators at vocational education institutions in the Northeast under the new normal situation.
