บทคัดย่อ

This research aimed to: (1) study the current conditions and needs for promoting learning management among teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools; (2) examine the promotion of learning management based on the Four Principles of Iddhipada for teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools; and (3) evaluate the promotion of learning management based on the Four Principles of Iddhipada for teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools. This study employed a multi-phase mixed methods research design. In Phase 1, the sample group consisted of 136 monks/persons selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. In Phase 2, 10 key informants were selected through purposive sampling, and the research instrument was an interview form. In Phase 3, 5 experts were selected through purposive sampling, and the research instrument was an evaluation form on the promotion of learning management based on the Four Principles of Iddhipada for teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Division, Ubon Ratchathani Province, Area 9. The statistics used in the research included percentage, mean, and standard deviation.         

The research findings revealed that: 1. The current conditions and needs for promoting learning management among teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools were overall at a moderate level. 2. The promotion of learning management based on the Four Principles of Iddhipada for teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools consisted of the following: (1) Chanda: establishing a motivation and recognition system for teachers who concretely improve learning management; (2) Viriya: developing practical teacher development processes; (3) Citta: determining teacher competency frameworks in accordance with 21st-century skills; and (4) Vimamsa: developing monitoring, evaluation, and reflective systems for learning management using empirical data. 3. The evaluation of the promotion of learning management based on the Four Principles of Iddhipada for teachers in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools was overall at the highest level.
