บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการเรื่อง “การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักอริยทรัพย์ 7” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหลักธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา ได้แก่ อริยทรัพย์ 7 อันได้แก่ ศรัทธา ศีล หิริ โอตตัปปะ สุตะ จาคะ และปัญญา และนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาอย่างมีคุณธรรมและยั่งยืน โดยวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องของหลักอริยทรัพย์กับหลักการบริหารสมัยใหม่ในด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารงบประมาณ การบริหารวิชาการ และการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ดี ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า หากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำหลักอริยทรัพย์มาใช้ในการบริหาร จะสามารถส่งเสริมให้เกิดความโปร่งใส ความรับผิดชอบ ความร่วมมือ และคุณธรรมในองค์กรได้อย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาการศึกษาไทยให้มีคุณภาพและยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
