บทคัดย่อ
กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารในสังคมโลกาภิวัตน์ เป็นบทความวิชาการที่ผู้เขียนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอ 1. แนวการคิดด้านการสื่อสารในสังคมโลกาภิวัตน์ ด้วยการใช้ภาษาที่นานาชาติในพื้นถิ่นของภาษาไทยที่สื่อสารเข้าใจได้ตรงกัน 2. Trends ของกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารในสังคมโลกาภิวัตน์ โดยผู้เขียนได้ศึกษาเอกสารตำรา แนวคิดทฤษฎี งานวิจัยและข้อมูลข่าวสารวิถีสังคมไทย สังคมโลกแล้วสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ 1. กลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร 2. การใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารด้วยการฟัง (2) การใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารด้วยการพูด (3) การใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารด้วยการอ่าน (4) การใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารด้วยการเขียน 3. การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย
(1) การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (2) กลยุทธ์ในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (3) การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในบทบาทภาษากลางของโลก (World Englished: WE)
(4) ความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของ World Englishes ต่อการสื่อสารในสังคมโลกาภิวัฒน์
(5) Trends ของ World Englishes ที่ใช้ในปัจจุบัน (6) ปัญหาของการใช้ World Englishes ในการสื่อสาร (7) การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในประเทศไทยในฐานะ World Englishes 4. การใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) นิยาม และลักษณะการทำงานของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (2) ประเภทของเทคโนโลยี AI ในปัจจุบัน และ 5. Trends ของกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารในสังคมโลกาภิวัตน์
