Abstract
This research aimed to 1) explore effectiveness of Civil servants’ performance; Bureau of Prevention and Enforcement Excise Department Ministry of Finance.2) compare effectiveness of Civil servants’ performance verified by respondents’ attitude via demographic factors. 3) explain correlation between affecting factors with effectiveness of Civil servants’ performance. This was quantitative approach; sample were 133 Civil servants attached to Bureau of Prevention and Enforcement Excise Department. Questionaries were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were percentages mean standard deviation t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. The outcomes were as follows;
1) explore effectiveness of Civil servants’ performance were highest level. 2) There were significant statistical difference among respondents ‘attitude toward effectiveness of Civil servants performance at .05 level.
3) There were significant positive correlation between affecting factors with effectiveness of Civil servants performance at statistical .01 level.
