Prevention and Law Enforcement Gasoline Smuggling Policy Implementation in Maritime Zone, Thailand.

Abstract
The objective of this research is (1) to explore the effectiveness of policies in preventing and combatting the smuggling of illegal oil into Thailand's maritime territory, (2) to compare the effectiveness of policies in preventing and combatting the smuggling of illegal oil into the United Kingdom's maritime territory, and (3) to explain the relationship between factors that affect the implementation of policies and the effectiveness of policies in preventing and combatting illegal oil smuggling in maritime territories. The research is a quantitative study with a sample group of 200 government officials, employees, and officers from the Department of Energy, using questionnaires to collect data, and analyzing the data with statistics, averages, percentages, standard deviations, and correlations. The research findings suggest that, 1) effectiveness of Prevention and Law Enforcement Gasoline Smuggling Policy implementation in The Gulf of Thai land were high level. 2)There were no difference among respondents’ attitude toward effectiveness of Prevention and Law Enforcement Gasoline Smuggling Policy implementation. 3) Critical Success Factors of policy implementation, were statistical correlated with the effectiveness of Prevention and Law Enforcement Gasoline Smuggling Policy implementation at .01 level.
