Abstract

This research has 3 purposes: (1) to study the management of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the area of Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province (2) to identify problems in the management of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the area of Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province (3) To propose guidelines for managing the development of administrative competency of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the area of Nong Ya Plong District. Phetchaburi Province This research is qualitative research (Qualitative Research). Data was collected from in-depth interviews The 10 key informants included personnel of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Personnel of agencies that work together with the Subdistrict Administrative Organization People in the area of responsibility of the administrative organization. Research results (1) Management aspect of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization The results of the study found that The administration has needs in terms of infrastructure, roads, water supply systems, and assistance to the people in various matters in accordance with rules, laws, and regulations for the benefit of the people. The administration takes into account public services (2) Administrative problems of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the area of Nong Ya Plong District. All problems were found as follows: (a) Personnel with professional competencies (b) Organizations that are modern and have high competencies (3) Guidelines for the administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the area of Nong Ya Plong District. Developing and promoting technological knowledge and changes in the world that enters the computer system and digital systems, giving personnel the knowledge and ability to use technology. Consider morality and ethics according to the principles of good governance Put it into practice and develop public services. Infrastructure such as roads and water systems is a response to the needs of the people and is an important aspect of the administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization within Nong Ya Plong District.
