Management of Child Development Center of Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phun Phin District, Surattani Province

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) explore effectiveness of child development center management Subdistrict Administrative Organization Phun Phin District Surattani Province. (2) compared attitude of respondents toward effectiveness of child Development Center management of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Phun Phin District Surattani Province. (3) explain correlation between managing factors with effectiveness of child development center management of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Phun Phin District Surattani Province. This was quantitative research, sample were 280 residents of Phun Phin District. Questionnaires was data collection tools. Analytical statistics were frequency percentages mean standard deviation and T test, ANOVAF, Pearson correlation. The finding were as follows; (1) effectiveness of child development center management of Sub district Administrative Organization was high level. (2) There were significant no difference among respondents attitude toward effectiveness of child development center management. (3) There was positive significant correlation between managing factors with effectiveness of child development center management of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Phun Phin District Surattani Province.
