THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE SAMUT SONGKHRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This study aimed to: (1) examine the level of innovative leadership among school administrators under the Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office; (2) investigate the level of learning organization development in schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office; and (3) determine the relationship between school administrators’ innovative leadership and learning organization development in schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 250 school administrators and teachers from schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office during the 2025 academic year. Participants were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The findings revealed that: (1) Innovative leadership of school administrators was rated at the highest level overall. Among the dimensions, adaptability received the highest mean score, followed by facilitation, while risk-taking received the lowest mean score. (2) Learning organization development in schools was rated at the highest level overall. Among the dimensions, team learning received the highest mean score, followed by mental models, whereas personal mastery received the lowest mean score. (3) There was a moderately strong positive relationship between school administrators’ innovative leadership and learning organization development in schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. The relationship was statistically significant at the .01 level, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.671.
