BEHAVIORAI LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS IN PRIVATE lSLAMIC SCHOOLS WITH LNTEGRATED GENERAL EDUCATION BANGKOK

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of behavioral leadership of school administrators; 2) compare the behavioral leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers classified by gender, educational level, work experience, and school size; and 3) study the development guidelines for behavioral leadership of school administrators in Private Islamic Schools with Integrated General Education, Bangkok. This study employed a mixed-methods research design. The sample consisted of 215 teachers in Private Islamic Schools with Integrated General Education, Bangkok, Academic Year 2025. The research instruments were a questionnaire and semi-structured interview forms. The statistics for the quantitative data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, while content analysis was used for qualitative data.
The findings of the research revealed that
1) The overall level of behavioral leadership of school administrators was at a high level
2) teachers with different genders and work experiences showed no statistically significant differences in their opinions toward the behavioral leadership of school administrators, whereas teachers with different educational levels and those working in schools of different sizes showed statistically significant differences
3)the guidelines for developing behavioral leadership of school administrators included (1) promoting teacher participation in all aspects of school administration (2)assigning tasks in accordance with teachers’ knowledge, abilities, and aptitudes (3) providing opportunities for teachers to think, plan, make decisions, and implement tasks independently (4) clearly defining directions, goals, and performance indicators and (5) encouraging the use of performance results to analyze problems, determine development approaches and use empirical data as a basis for improvement.
