21ST CENTURY MANAGEMENT SKILLS FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

Abstract

This research focuses on studying and analyzing related issues within the established conceptual framework with the objective of 1) study the 21st century management skills of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. 2) To compare the 21st century management skills of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, classified by position, educational level, and size of the school. 3) To study approaches to developing 21st century management skills for school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The research sample consisted of 335 school administrators and teachers under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office District 5, academic year 2025. The sample size was determined according to the Krejci and Morgan tables and stratified random sampling was used. The research instrument used was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The consistency index was between 0.60 and 1.00, and the reliability of the entire questionnaire was .95. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

The research results found that he results of the comparison of 21st century management skills of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 5, classified by position, were not significantly different at the .05 level. and the 21st century management skills of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 5, classified by educational level and size of the school, were significantly different at the .05 level.
