EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ACCORDING TO STANDARD 2 AFFILIATED WITH THE BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study educational quality assurance according to Standard 2 in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) to compare the development of educational quality assurance according to Standard 2 in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by position, educational level, and school size; and 3) to study the approaches to educational quality assurance according to Standard 2 in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consisted of 341 personnel from schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained through stratified random sampling. Key informants included five school administrators and highly skilled teachers, selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, and an evaluation form for development guidelines. The consistency coefficient was 1.00 The reliability coefficient was 0.86. Data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test.


          The research findings showed that:


  1. The overall and individual aspects of educational quality assurance according to standard 2, under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, were at a high level.

  2. A comparison of educational quality assurance according to Standard 2, within the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized by position and educational level, showed no significant differences overall and in specific aspects. Similarly, the overall results showed no significant differences when categorized by school size

  3. The results of the study on approaches to developing the quality of educational assurance according to Standard 2, under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, consist of 5 areas: 1) Academic and administrative leadership based on good governance principles; 2) Vision, mission, and values ​​of the educational institution; 3) Strengthening networks of parents, organizations, and the community for cooperation in supporting learning management. and student development; 4) policies, directions, strategies and plans that are consistent with the vision and mission; and 5) plans and operations for the development of teachers and educational personnel.
