EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE ROI ET SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the management of educational resources in schools, 2) compare the level of opinions of personnel regarding the management of educational resources in schools, classified by educational level, position, and work experience, and 3) study the guidelines for the management of educational resources in schools under the Roi Et Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 334 school administrators and teachers. The research instruments used were a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with a content validity index between 0.80 and 1.00, and a reliability coefficient of 0.93 for the entire questionnaire, as well as interviews. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

          The research findings revealed that:

1. The overall management of educational resources in schools under the Roi Et Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level.


2. A comparison of opinions regarding educational resource management in schools under the Roi Et Secondary Educational Service Area Office, categorized by educational level and position, revealed that there were no significant differences overall or in individual aspects. However, differences were observed overall when categorized by work experience.


3. Guidelines for the management of educational resources in schools under the Roi Et Secondary Educational Service Area Office include: human resources, financial or budgetary resources, material and teaching aid resources, and infrastructure and learning environment resources.
