THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATORS IN BOOSTING MORALE AND MOTIVATION AMONG TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS PROVIDING EXPANDED EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES UNDER THE BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the role of administrators in boosting teacher morale in schools providing expanded educational opportunities, and 2) compare the level of opinions of personnel regarding the role of administrators in boosting teacher morale in schools providing expanded educational opportunities, categorized by position, educational level, and work experience. 3) To study the guidelines for developing the role of administrators in building morale and motivation in the work performance of teachers in schools providing expanded educational opportunities under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group consisted of 234 administrators and teachers. The research instrument used was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with a content validity index between 0.80 and 1.00 The reliability coefficient of the entire questionnaire was 0.85, and structured interviews were also used. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
The research findings revealed that:
- The overall role of administrators in boosting teacher morale and motivation in schools providing expanded educational opportunities was at a high level.
- A comparison of opinions regarding the role of administrators in boosting teacher morale in schools providing expanded educational opportunities, categorized by position, showed overall differences. However, when categorized by educational level and work experience, no significant differences were found overall or in specific aspects.
- Guidelines for developing the role of administrators in boosting teacher morale in schools providing expanded educational opportunities include: supervisory role, supporting role, participatory role, and success-oriented role.
