FACTORS THAT PROMOTE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AT NAKHON RATCHASIMA COLLEGE

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of factors promoting the administration of the Master of Education program in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima College and 2) propose guidelines for developing factors that promote the administration of the Master of Education program in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima College. Key informants were 20 faculty members from the Master of Education program in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima College, selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews, with a consistency coefficient between 0.80-1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .84 for the entire questionnaire. Data were analyzed using statistical software, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive analysis.
The research findings revealed that:
- The overall level of factors promoting the administration of the Master of Education program in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima College was high.
- Guidelines for developing factors that promote the administration of the Master of Education program in Educational Administration were proposed. Nakhon Ratchasima College comprises four areas: 1) Policy and management; 2) Personnel and faculty potential; 3) Educational resources and support; and 4) Stakeholder participation.
