MANAGEMENT OF LEARNING RESOURCES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF LEARNING PROMOTION

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the management of learning resources in educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion, and 2) compare the level of opinions of personnel regarding the management of learning resources in educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion, categorized by position, work experience, and size of the educational institution. 3) This research aimed to study approaches to developing the management of learning resources in schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion. It employed a mixed-methods approach, with a sample group of 214 school administrators and teachers from schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion, selected using stratified random sampling. The research instruments used were The sample consisted of 214 school administrators and teachers affiliated with the Chaiyaphum Provincial Learning Promotion Office, selected using stratified random sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, with a content validity index between 0.80 and 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.89. The statistical methods used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
The research findings revealed that:
- The management of learning resources in educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion, both overall and in specific aspects, was at a high level.
- A comparison of the management of learning resources in educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Office of Learning Promotion, categorized by position, work experience, and school size, showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level overall.
- The approach to developing the management of learning resources in educational institutions should be systematic and continuous, comprising four aspects: 1) Planning the management of learning resources; 2) Implementing the use of learning resources; 3) Monitoring and tracking the use of learning resources; and 4) Summarizing results, improving, and correcting the application of learning resources.
