THE WHELLCHAIR UTILIZATION AND SERVICE QUALITY OF THE THAI DISABLED FOUNDATION IN PAK KRET DISTRICT, NOTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research  it is part of the research on The relationship between wheelchair utilization and service quality of the Thai Disabled Foundation in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. The purpose is to study 1) the level of wheelchair utilization of the Thai Disabled Foundation in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. 2) the level of service quality of the Thai Disabled Foundation in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. This is a quantitative research. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The population and sample group included 241 wheelchair users of the Thai Disabled Foundation in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, calculated from Yamane’s formula. Data were analyzed statistically using distribution, mean, standard deviation

            The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall level of wheelchair utilization by the Thai Foundation for the Disabled in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, is at the highest level. 2) The overall level of service quality provided by the Thai Foundation for the Disabled in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, is at the highest level.
