INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT ON TOURISTS’ PERCEIVED VALUE IN THE TOURISM BUSINESS OF NAKHON PHANOM PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) examine the level of Customer Experience Management (CEM) of tourists using tourism businesses in Nakhon Phanom Province, 2) investigate the level of perceived value of tourists, and 3) analyze the influence of customer experience management on the perceived value of tourists. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of tourists who used tourism services in Nakhon Phanom Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that
1) The overall level of customer experience management was high ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.854).
2) The overall perceived value of tourists was high ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.847).
3) The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that learning and cognitive experience, participation and behavioral experience, and relational experience had a positive influence on tourists’ perceived value at a statistical significance level of .05, whereas sensory experience and emotional experience had no significant influence on tourists’ perceived value.
