Abstract
This research it is part of the research on motivational factors affecting the morale of police officers in the Communication Police Division, Royal Thai Police; Study the level of motivational factors affecting the morale of police officers in the Communication Police Division, Royal Thai Police. This is a quantitative research using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The population and sample group consisted of 184 police officers in the Communication Police Division, Royal Thai Police. The results were calculated using Yamane's formula and analyzed statistically using distribution, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product- moment co-efficient, with statistical significance at the .01 level. The results of the research were as follows: The level of motivation factors affecting the morale of police officers in the Communication Police Division, Royal Thai Police is at a high level.
