Abstract
This research aimed to study 1. the operation of the student care and assistance system based on the global citizenship concept, and 2. The proposals for developing the operation of the student care and assistance system based on the global citizenship concept. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers in the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table, yielding a sample of 170 people, comprising 9 school administrators and 161 teachers. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with an IOC value between .67 and 1.00, a discrimination power per item between .47 and .82, and a reliability coefficient of .96. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall and individual aspects of the student care and assistance system operation based on the global citizenship concept, were at a high level of practice. 2) The proposals for developing the operation of the student care and assistance system based on the global citizenship concept, included the following key development proposals: (1) Administrators should encourage teachers to organize learning activities related to global issues in various subjects, (2) Teachers should organize learning activities that promote students' awareness of the positive and negative impacts of media and technology use, and (3) Administrators should encourage teachers to use new applications such as ChatGPT, Canva, Kahoot, etc., to develop extraordinary abilities.
