THE FACTORS AFFECTIONG THE GENERAL AFFAIRE OF THE OFFICE OT THE CLERK, MAHA SARAKHAM PORVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The  purposes  of  this  research  were to study 1) the levels of the factors affecting the general affaire of the office of the Clerk 2) the level of work development of the general affaire of the office of the Clerk 3) the factors affecting the general affaire of the office of the Clerk and 4) the recommendations to develop the general affaire of the office of the Clerk, Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization. The samples were  185 personnel of Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization. The instrument used  in  the  research was a questionnaire. The statistics encompassed mean, standard deviation and multiple regression by enter method  with the statistic significant at.05 

            The results of the research were as follows: 1) The level of the factors affecting the development of the general affaire of  the office of the Clerk as a whole was rated at high level.  2) The level the development of the general affaire of the office of the Clerk as a whole was rated at high level. 3) The relationship by the analysis of the factors affecting the development of the general affaire of the office of the Clerk was found as a whole at high level, with the relation value at .808 with the statistic significant at.01. with the multiple correlation .816 (R=.816). All the independent variable can explain the dependent variable as 66.6 percent (R² = .666) and F value = 89.744, it showed that the independent variable affected the dependent variable 4) The recommendations for development the general affaire of the office of the Clerk, were as follows; The steps of the  general affaire of the office of the Clerk, Maha Sarakham Provincial  Administrative Organization should be cut down to save the time. The personnel of the office should be educated and promoted for the responsible  of the work., especially about the regulation in working.
