DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SMALL SCHOOLS UNDER THE NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) examine the digital leadership of school administrators 2) compare the digital leadership of administrators in small schools under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, categorized by position, educational background, and work experience, and 3) explore the guidelines for developing digital leadership among school administrators in small schools under the same educational office. The sample consisted of 100 school administrators and teachers. The research instruments included a questionnaire and an interview form. The content validity index ranged from 0.80 to 1.00, and the reliability coefficient was 0.90. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The research findings revealed that:
1) The overall level of digital leadership among school administrators in small schools was high.
2) There were no significant differences in digital leadership when categorized by position, educational background, and work experience.
3) The development guidelines for digital leadership comprised five key areas: Visionary leadership, Learning organization, Teamwork and collaboration, Communication, and Technological competence.
