ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN MUEANG SAMUT PRAKAN DISTRICT UNDER SAMUT PRAKAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
This research is a quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives were 1) to study academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1 2) to compare academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1 according to the opinions of teachers and government employees classified by sex, educational qualification and work experience 3) to suggest guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1. The sample consisted of 285 teachers and government employees in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1 and 5 key informants. The tool used in this research was the questionnaire and interview form. Statistical analysis methods used to analyze the data were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test independent sample, F-test (One-way ANOVA) and content analysis. The results have shown as followed 1) Academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1 as whole was at a high level 2) Male and female teachers and government employees as whole had difference of opinions at significant level .05 while different educational qualification and work experience of these teachers and government employees as whole had no difference of opinions at significant level .05 3) There are 20 guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Samutprakan district under Samutprakan primary educational service area office 1.
