THE EVALUATION FOR THE GOOD STUDENTS PROJECT OF WATTAMUANG SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
Project Evaluation of the “Good Student of Wat Thamuang” Program under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 This study aimed to evaluate the “Good Student of Wat Thamuang” project in four aspects: 1) formative evaluation, 2) summative evaluation, 3) intrinsic evaluation, and 4)payoff evaluation. The sample consisted of 41 participants, including school administrators, teachers of Primary Levels 1–6, and students from Primary Levels 1–6 at Wat Thamuang School. The research instruments included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and an interview form administered to three participants. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results showed that:
- Formative Evaluation: Overall, the formative evaluation was at the highest level. When analyzed by specific aspects, the highest average score was in project planning, followed by project performance evaluation, while the lowest average score was in project activity implementation.
2.Summative Evaluation: Overall, the summative evaluation was at the highest level. When analyzed by specific aspects, the highest average score was in students' application of moral and ethical principles in daily life, followed by students’ knowledge of moral and ethical principles, while the lowest average score was in students’ positive attitude toward morality and ethics.
3.Internal Criteria Evaluation: Overall, the internal criteria evaluation was at the highest level. When analyzed by specific aspects, the highest average score was in being accepted and serving as a good role model for others, followed by having a positive attitude toward morality and ethics.
- Cost-effectiveness Evaluation: Overall, the cost-effectivenessevaluation was at the highest level. When analyzed by specific aspects, the highest average score was in assessment results of desirable characteristics being aligned with the school’s goals, followed by application of learning outcomes in real life in accordance with the school’s goals, while the lowest average score was in assessment results of students’ key competencies being aligned with the school’s goals.
