Abstract

At present, there is an entry into international business in an international business that is growing in strength. And in doing international business, there must be a high investment capital. And for this, the organization must have good strategic management in international business. (Multinational business) To meet the specified goals And because doing international business has to face the environment and high competition. An organization or company doing international business (Multinational business), so many strategic plans have been developed because strategic plans are long-term plans, organizations or companies. There will be a component in 5 steps as follows. 1) Clearly defining mission and goals 2) Assessing the internal and external environment by using SWOT 3) Strategy formulation In the strategy of the researcher, the strategy can be separated into 3 levels: company-level strategy. Business-level strategy And functional strategy  4) implementation or implementation of strategies Executives have adopted the established strategies and policies to bring them into action plans. Planning and resource allocation Organizational restructuring 5) The final step s to evaluate, control and adjust strategies. May use measuring tools including Financial budget Or an assessment at the macro and micro levels.
