GUIDELINES FOR ADMINISTRATION DEVELOPMENT OF THE THAILAND LITTLE SCIENTISTS HOME PROJECT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD LEVEL BASED ON ARIYASACCA 4 OF THE SCHOOLS UNDER SURIN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The research article of this research were: 1. to study the administration conditions of the Little Scientist House Project in Thailand at early childhood level in educational institutions under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2. to explore methods for developing the administration of the Little Scientist House Project in Thailand at the early childhood level based on Ariyasacca 4 in educational institutions under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 3. to evaluate the administration approaches of the Little Scientist House project in Thailand at the early childhood level according to Ariyasacca 4 in educational institutions under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The management process includes four aspects planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. The research design is a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative research. The tools used include questionnaires for a sample group of 290 school administrators and preschool teachers, interviews with 7 key informants, and evaluations from 5 experts. The statistics used are mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

          The research findings indicate that

1. The overall management condition of the Little Scientist House Project in Thailand for early childhood education in schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, across all four aspects, is at a high level. The aspects are ranked in order from highest to lowest average: planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision.


2. The methods for developing the management of the Little Scientist House project in Thailand for early childhood education according to the Four Noble Truths of educational institutions under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 3, covering all four aspects, with three issues per aspect, each with one method.


3. The evaluation results of the development guidelines for managing the Little Scientist House project in Thailand at the preschool level, based on the Four Noble Truths, in schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, show that all four aspects are highly appropriate. They are ranked in order of average from highest to lowest: planning, supervision and monitoring, evaluation, and implementation.
