PROBLEMS AND GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE LAND OFFICE IN THE AREA OF PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this academic article are: 1) To study the problems and obstacles affecting the service quality management of the Land Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.2) To find guidelines for developing the service quality management of the Land Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The method of literature review and document analysis was used and the independent variables were: Management That includes the process of bringing administrative resources to use to achieve objectives according to administrative procedures is 1) Planning 2) Organizational management 3) Guiding 4) Evaluation control The outcome variable is service quality consisting of 1) concrete service 2) reliability in service quality standards 3) Answer two to the service recipient. Providing service quickly and intently 4) Confidence in the service, the service provider must be professional and 5) Understanding and compassion in taking care of the service. This framework is based on theoretical knowledge and a review of relevant literature. To use the results in the application of quality management in providing services to the people who receive services from the Land Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to achieve the goals of the organization in the future.
