CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the creative leadership of school administrators, 2) compare the creative leadership of school administrators classified by education level and work experience, and 3) study the development of creative leadership of school administrators. The sample consisted of 302 school administrators and teachers, randomly selected from the population according to the table of Krejci and Morgan and stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 1) questionnaires and interview forms with a reliability of .90 and an index of consistency between the questions and the objectives of 1.00, and 2) an interview form on the development of creative leadership of school administrators with content validity of 1.00. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and presentation of data as an essay. The research results showed that 1) the level of creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Chonburi, was at the highest level overall. 2) The results of the comparison of creative leadership of school administrators classified by education level and work experience Overall, there is a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 3) Guidelines for developing creative leadership in school administrators should emphasize promoting school administrators to treat teachers and personnel with consideration for individual differences for equality and fairness, provide assistance, listen to stories and suggestions from teachers and personnel, and assign work to teachers and personnel fairly, taking into account the knowledge and abilities of each individual.
