MANAGEMENT EFFICENCY OF THE SUNDAY BUDDHIST STUDTY CENTER OF THE SANGHA, MUEANG DISTRICT NAKHON NAYOK PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to 1) study the management efficiency level of the Sunday Buddhism Study Center. 2) Compare the opinions of students' parents on the efficiency of the management of the Sunday Buddhism Study Center. Classified according to personal factors 3) Present guidelines for promoting efficiency in the management of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center. The research method is a combined method. Quantitative research uses questionnaires. The confidence value is 0.910 from the sample group: Parents of 296 studentsData were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis using t-test and F-test. using one-way analysis of variance method In the case of three or more groups of primary variables When differences were found, the mean differences were compared by pair using the least significant difference method. and qualitative research Interviews with 9 important informants or people were analyzed descriptively.

The results of the research found that 1) the efficiency level of management of the Buddha Study Center Overall Sunday religion is at a high level ( =3.97, S.D.=0.48) 2) Results of comparing the opinions of students' parents on the management efficiency of the Sunday Buddhism Study Center. Classified by personal factors, it was found that Parents of students with gender, age, and educational level Occupation and monthly income differ.
