Business administration theory helps organizations adapt and gain strategic advantages while serving as a crucial tool for management and long-term business sustainability. Therefore, effectively applying business administration theory requires analyzing both internal and external environments, aligning concepts with organizational structure and culture, and adopting a systematic approach to strategy formulation.
