A STUDY OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SUDTINTHAI GROUP UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE CHIANGRAI

Abstract
The purposes of this research were : 1) Study Creative leadership of educational institution administrators in Sudtinthai group under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiangrai. 2) Compare the Creative Leadership of Educational institution Administrators in Sudtinthai group under the Secondary Education service area office Chiangrai by work experience and size of the School. The sample group used in this research consisted of 12 School Administrators and 192 teachers, totaling 204 participants, Using the calculation method according to Yamane's formula with proportional stratified sampling. Research tools for collecting data were sets of rating scale questionnaires. The results of the analysis were to determine the consistency index of 0.67-1.00 and reliability rating 0.97. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, One-way ANOVA and Sheffe’s pair comparison.
The research results findings were as follows : 1) The Creative leadership of educational institution administrators in sudtinthai group under the secondary Education service Area Office Chiangrai, The Overall average was hight level. The aspect with the highest average was vision, followed by flexibility and teamwork. The aspect with the least average value is the aspect of considering individuality. 2) The Compare the Creative Leadership of Educational institution Administrators in Sudtinthai group under the Secondary Education service area office Chiangrai by work experience and size of the School. Overall, there were significant differences in opinions regarding consciousness at the .05 level.
