LEARNING LEADERSHIP OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS UNDER SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. to study current conditions of school administrators’ learning leadership. 2. to compare school administrators’ learning leadership by size of school under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in academic year 2022. There were 330 school administrators and heads of academic administrator. The research tool was a questionnaire checklist with an Index of Concordance (IOC) between 0.80 to 1.00 and a confidence value of (Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient) 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. In addition, F-test, One - Way ANOVA, and Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) were applied for a hypothesis testing.

              The findings indicated that:

              1.The overall appropriateness of components of school administrators’learning leadership is overall and in every aspect, the average was at a high level.

According to a comparison of school administrators’learning leadership by size of school, the study revealed that there is a significant difference of school administrators’ learning leadership at .05 of statistical level. The average learning leadership of administers in large schools and extra - large schools is significantly higher than administrators in small-sized schools and the average administrators’ learning leadership of administrators in medium -sized schools is significantly higher than administrators in small - sized schools at .05.
