A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM OPERATIONS IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF KANCHANABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract
This objective of research were: 1. to study the current situation and issues in the implementation of the student care and support system in schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2. to explore ways to develop the implementation of the student care and support system in these schools. The sample group including school administrators, teachers, contract teachers, and educational personnel. Multistage random sampling method was used in the first phase (291 participants), and a purposive sampling method was used in the second phase (12 participants). Quantitative data using a 5 level scale questionnaire have a classification power value between 0.42 and 0.77 and a confidence value of 0.91, Analyze data using mean and standard deviation. Qualitative data is collected using interviews, content analysis, and descriptive presentations.
The research results found that 1. The overall operating conditions of the student care system of schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 3, Kanchanaburi, are at a high level. 2. Guidelines for developing a student care system in schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area, Kanchanaburi Area 3, consist of 5 aspects. There is a student care system in place, which is based on knowing each student individually, such as when the educational institution collects information. Systematic analysis of students' special abilities; student screening, such as educational institutions analyzing student data obtained from individual student data collection; student promotion and development, such as educational institutions organizing activities to promote and develop students. In terms of prevention and problem solving, for example, educational institutions provide close support and care for students at risk and those with problems. In terms of referring students, for example, educational institutions refer students to receive correct, rapid, and sustainable assistance.
