การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อการอยู่รอดขององค์กรธุรกิจ

บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับการกำหนดและดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายหลักที่ผู้จัดการขององค์กร ดำเนินการเพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย โดยพิจารณาจากทรัพยากรและการประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กรที่ดำเนินงานอยู่ การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ให้ทิศทางโดยรวมแก่องค์กร การระบุวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กรและการจัดสรรทรัพยากรเพื่อดำเนินการตามแผน สามารถนำแผนไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมตามตัวชี้วัดที่กำหนดไว้ ประโยชน์ของการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ ทำให้องค์การมีทิศทางที่ชัดเจน การปรับปรุงการดำเนินงาน การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากร ความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน และการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ คือ การวิเคราะห์และวางแผนเชิง กลยุทธ์ การกำหนดแผนงาน ดำเนินตามแผนงาน และคือการประเมินผลลัพธ์ ส่วนการอยู่รอดขององค์กร เป็นความสามารถขององค์กรในการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปสามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อม และสร้างความยั่งยืนผ่านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ และความสามารถในการรับมือกับความท้าทายทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์การ กลยุทธ์การอยู่รอดขององค์กร ขึ้นอยู่กับการปรับตัวขององค์กรให้อยู่รอดภายใต้สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะยาว ส่วนปัจจัยความอยู่รอดขององค์กร ได้แก่ ประสิทธิภาพ ความยืดหยุ่น และความโดดเด่น นวัตกรรมและความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน การปรับนโยบายให้สอดคล้องกัน การควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต การเติบโตและวางตำแหน่งทางการแข่งขัน ความสามารถในการอยู่รอดขององค์กร ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการตรวจจับภัยคุกคาม การวางแผนรับมือ การดำเนินการตามแผน การรักษาผลการดำเนินงาน การรักษาประสิทธิภาพ กลยุทธ์การอยู่รอดขององค์กรธุรกิจ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์ที่ไม่เน้นการเติบโต กลยุทธ์การแก้ไข และกลยุทธ์การเน้นความเสี่ยงในกรณีฉุกเฉิน กลยุทธ์เพื่อสร้างความอยู่รอดอย่างยั่งยืนให้แก่องค์กรธุรกิจ ได้แก่ 1) กลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของผู้ประกอบการ 2) กลยุทธ์การสร้างความร่วมมือ 3) กลยุทธ์การปรับปรุงกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ให้ทันสมัยและสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับอุตสาหกรรม 4) กลยุทธ์การยกระดับความสามารถของคนในท้องถิ่น 5) กลยุทธ์การลดต้นทุน 6) กลยุทธ์การเพิ่มการขาย และ 7) กลยุทธ์การมุ่งที่ตลาดต่างประเทศ
