พลวัตทางการเมืองกับข้อพิพาทไทย-กัมพูชา: การวิเคราะห์ผ่านกรอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อพิพาทไทย–กัมพูชา โดยเฉพาะกรณีพื้นที่รอบปราสาทพระวิหาร ผ่านกรอบแนวคิดในวิชาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ ได้แก่ Realism, Liberalism และ Constructivism เพื่อทำความเข้าใจมิติทางอำนาจ อัตลักษณ์ และกลไกความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ข้อพิพาทดังกล่าวมีพัฒนาการจากความคลุมเครือทางประวัติศาสตร์และการตีความคำพิพากษาของศาลโลกที่ไม่ชัดเจน ทั้งยังสะท้อนถึงพลวัตทางการเมืองภายในของไทยและกัมพูชาที่ต่างใช้ข้อพิพาทเป็นเครื่องมือทางการเมืองในบริบทของความไม่มั่นคงภายในประเทศ บทความยังวิเคราะห์บทบาทขององค์กรระหว่างประเทศ เช่น ASEAN และ ICJ ที่แม้มีความพยายามไกล่เกลี่ยความขัดแย้ง แต่ยังขาดกลไกที่มีผลผูกพันอย่างแท้จริง สุดท้าย บทความเสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายเพื่อเปลี่ยนข้อพิพาทให้กลายเป็นโอกาสในการสร้างความร่วมมือข้ามพรมแดน ผ่านเขตสันติภาพ การทูตภาคประชาชน การศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ร่วม และสื่อสร้างสันติภาพ อันจะนำไปสู่การอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืนระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศ
