Influences of Organization Culture on The Efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District Chachoengsao Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of organizational culture and the efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. 2) to investigate the influences of organizational culture on the efficiency of the Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. 3) to explore and gain guidelines for improving the efficiency of operating the Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. Using stratified sampling technique, the sample group consisted of 335 personnel of the Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. The data collection tools were frequency, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and multiple regression analysis, including content analysis of research results.

          The research results were as follows: 1) Organizational culture of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, was overall at a high level 2) efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, was overall at a high level 3) The organizational culture statistically influenced on the efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. At .05 level of significance with a predictive coefficient of .449. Ranked from the most to the least influential variables were unity culture (β= .357), mission culture (β= .270), and participation culture (β= .185). Only the adaptive culture was not found as the variable which influenced on the efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, and 4) The guidelines for developing the efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province contained 2 aspects: good governance, and finance and treasury management.
