The Development of English Reading Comprehension Skills of Students at Bowonwitchalai School Wat Rong Fong

Abstract

This research study was to compare the development of English reading comprehension skills of Mathayom Suksa 2 students at Bowonwitchalai School. Measure Rong Fong by applying the 5W1H technique and to assess the reading of Mathayom Suksa 2 students at Bowonwitchalai School. The bubble groove was measured by applying the 5W1H technique as experimental research. (Experimental Research) using One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The results of the research found that 1. The results of a comparative study on the development of English reading comprehension skills were significantly related between before and after classes. Significance at 0.05 showed that students had an improvement in reading skills after the learning process using the 5W1H technique, and the difference in pre- and post-tests was at the (t) 6.254 level. that the learning outcomes after applying the 5W1H technique resulted in the students improving their reading comprehension skills more. Students had an average score of 6.6. Students had an average score of 6.6 and a story memory assessment. Students had an average score of 7.1. The summary of the Reading Comprehension Assessment result was 11 passed and 4 failed.
