A mixed-methods approach was employed, consisting of both quantitative and qualitative research conducted in two phases. In Phase 1, a survey was administered to 278 participants who had experience changing their mobile phone numbers to auspicious ones, with data analyzed using mean and standard deviation. In Phase 2, in-depth interviews were conducted with 13 key informants, and the data were examined through content analysis.

The findings revealed that, overall, Thai beliefs influenced by numerology in mobile phone number selection were at a high level. Among the dimensions, attitudes had the highest mean score, followed by beliefs and behaviors. Qualitative results further indicated that numerological beliefs served as psychological reassurance, were influenced by family, peers, and online media, and were associated with the meanings of auspicious numbers and perceived life changes. In terms of behavior, the selection process involved four stages: awareness and motivation, information seeking and understanding, evaluation and decision-making, and post-use assessment. Finally, four key dimensions were proposed as guidelines for applying numerology to mobile phone number selection: the individual dimension, the social and community dimension, the governance and consumer protection dimension, and the dimension of balancing belief with rationality.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/3831PREVENTION AND RESOLUTION OF DRUG PROBLEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 4TH PRINCIPLE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT, SRIRACHA DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE2025-08-12T20:40:50+07:00Satit Pearsirisukittajung7@gmail.comKetsada Phathongsukittajung7@gmail.com
This research aims to 1) study the prevention and solution of drug problems according to the Four Noble Truths of the administrative sector of Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. 2) To compare the prevention and solution of drug problems according to the Four Noble Truths of the administrative department of Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. 3) To provide recommendations for drug prevention and solution based on the Four Noble Truths of the Sri Racha District Administration, Chonburi Province. This research adopts a quantitative survey design. The population consists of employees from ten enterprises in China, and the sample comprises 500 participants selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire adapted from validated measurement scales and analyzed through descriptive statistics, difference tests, and regression analysis.

The research results show that: 1) DHRM significantly increases workplace anxiety by reducing employees’ autonomy and creating constant ability comparison; 2) emotional exhaustion partially mediates this relationship by transmitting the psychological strain caused by digital pressure; 3) work engagement negatively moderates the effect of DHRM on anxiety, helping employees reinterpret digital tools as opportunities for improvement; and 4) employees with high engagement experience less emotional strain under digital management. The study concludes that DHRM exerts both direct and indirect effects on workplace anxiety through emotional exhaustion, while work engagement acts as a psychological buffer. The recommended strategies include optimizing system transparency, enhancing digital literacy training, establishing stress monitoring mechanisms, and promoting engagement-driven management practices to balance efficiency and employee well-being.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/5023THE INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE IMPACT ON JOB PERFORMANCE OF SECURITY STAFF AT PHITHAK SAPPHATHIT CHIANG MAI CO., LTD.2025-10-25T08:59:06+07:00Nirun Mahawang672301005@northcm.ac.thPongsiri Kamkanakewg672301005@northcm.ac.th
This research paper aimed to examine the influence of quality of work life (QWL) on the job performance of security staff at Phithak Sapphathit Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. The propagation of Buddhism by Foreign’s Phra Dhammaduta in Asia, America and Europe all face similar situations, such as: climate, the laws or regulations of each country are different from Thailand. This causes the construction of temples, chapels, maintenance and repairs to be a real problem in practice. In countries that are not originally Buddhist cities, there will be practical problems. More or less according to the situation of that country, such as: Some countries prohibit alms. Other beliefs are discouraged. Purposive sampling was applied, and the data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis. The findings corresponding to the first objective revealed that the role of Brahmin Ketsuriyong comprised three significant aspects: the role of a woman disguising herself as a male Brahmin for safety, the role demonstrating concealed emotions and feminine mannerisms hidden from others, and the role distinctly expressing femininity when being courted. These aspects reflect the emotional complexity and layered identity embedded within the character.

The research results revealed that:

The Brahmin role of Lady Kesuriyong exhibits three key characteristics: the role of a woman disguised as a male Brahmin; the role that conveys the suppression of feminine emotions within; and the role that distinctly expresses femininity in certain situations, particularly when courted by Prince Suwanhong.

The dance movements and acting techniques are complex, drawing upon the phasa tha (gesture language) of the tua phra (male character), such as standing, calling, and walking postures, as well as natayasap (classical dance terminology) including footwork and arm positioning to express the dignity and elegance appropriate to the Brahmin role. Simultaneously, tua nang (female character) gestures, such as those of shyness and gentle resistance, are integrated to reflect the latent feminine emotions within. The study indicates that the combination of tua phra and tua nang movement vocabularies within a single character serves as an essential technique that deepens the portrayal and effectively conveys a diverse range of emotions in accordance with the aesthetics of traditional Thai dance-drama.

2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4845DEVELOPMENT OF A SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHING SYSTEM BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF 4 IDDHIPADA WAT BUAKHWAN SCHOOL (MEE THAP RAT BAMRUNG) NONTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 12025-10-16T11:03:12+07:00Akepathai Kaewhomchaophraya.jc@gmail.comSomchai Srinokakepathai2@gmail.comPhramaha Somboon Sudhammoakepathai2@gmail.com
This research article aims to 1) study the teaching of social studies according to the principles of the Four Bases of Influence, 2) develop a social studies teaching system according to the principles of the Four Bases of Influence, and 3) experiment with the use of a social studies teaching system according to the principles of the Four Bases of Influence. and 4) Evaluate and certify the social studies teaching system according to the four principles of Iddhipada, Wat Buakwan School (Meetap Rat Bamrung), Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the research format is research and development. The use of platform-based systems has resulted in more flexible work arrangements; however, workers operating through platforms are not protected under traditional Labour laws. This article examines these legal gaps and finds that Thai laws cannot fully protect Labour in the platform economy, as the legal status of workers in platforms is not clearly defined. As a result, these workers do not receive the benefits stipulated in traditional Labour laws, such as social security and fair compensation. The study proposes five policy recommendations to develop laws that can sustainably and equitably protect workers in the new economy: improving laws to include platform workers, defining a clear legal status, granting equal welfare rights as regular workers (e.g., health insurance and protection from exploitation by platforms), establishing appropriate Labour standards for platform workers, and promoting Labour unionization to enhance workers' bargaining power.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4565THE FOUR BASES OF POWER: THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING A GOOD QUALITY OF LIFE IN SOCIETY 2025-09-26T12:25:28+07:00Phrakruvinaithon Sumathee Siripanyo (Sojan)Sumeatee@gmail.comPhra Maha Tewit ChotiyanoSumeatee@gmail.comPhramaha Chatchai Thammawarametee (Tanbal)Sumeatee@gmail.com
This article aims to present a conceptual framework and guidelines for applying the Four Bases of Iddhipā, consisting of Chanda (pleasantness), Viriya (effort), Chitta (intention), Vimangsa (contemplation) in developing a good quality of life at both the individual and societal levels. The sample consisted of 400 retail businesses, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire that was validated for content validity and had a reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s Alpha) of 0.921. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data.

Findings from Objective 1 revealed that the regression model was statistically significant and appropriate (F = 1117.373, Sig. = 0.000), explaining 78.6% of the variance in distribution channel selection (R² = 0.786). Three logistics factors were found to have significant positive influences: transportation efficiency (β = 0.412, p < 0.01), logistics technology utilization (β = 0.287, p < 0.01), and logistics cost (β = 0.224, p < 0.01). In contrast, customer responsiveness (β = 0.073, p > 0.05) and service provider reliability (β = 0.058, p > 0.05) were not statistically significant predictors. Findings from Objective 2 indicated that retailers with different business characteristics, such as business size and years of operation, demonstrated statistically significant differences in their perceptions of the importance of logistics factors (p < 0.05). This suggests that business characteristics strongly shape how logistics management is prioritized in distribution channel decisions.

In conclusion, the results highlight that transportation efficiency, technology application, and cost management are the most critical determinants in selecting distribution channels for stamped concrete construction materials. Other factors, although relevant, did not significantly differentiate decision-making in statistical terms. These findings underscore the need for strategic logistics management focusing on operational efficiency, digital innovation, and cost control to enhance competitiveness in the construction materials market.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4749NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING THE ENTRY INTO ACADEMIC POSITIONS OF FACULTY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PHAYAO2025-10-16T21:53:29+07:00Samaporn Wannawohansamaporn.wa@up.ac.th
This research aimed to: 1 examine the perception and understanding of the criteria and procedures for academic appointment among faculty members at the University of Phayao. 2 Investigate the current, expected, and required conditions for entry into academic positions among faculty members at the University of Phayao. 3) Explore guidelines for developing faculty entry into academic positions. While AI can enhance efficiency and accuracy in processing various types of data, it is equally important to combine it with ethical wisdom to ensure that management and decisions are careful, ethical, and socially responsible. This framework is based on the Four Noble Truths for systematic problem-solving: analyzing problems (Dukkha), identifying root causes (Samudaya), setting virtue-based goals (Nirodha), and planning and implementing actions continuously (Magga). Critical thinking is used as the main tool to analyze and filter information, reduce bias, and ensure accuracy in the development and use of AI systems. Applying this framework helps organizations manage challenges in the AI era with awareness, from clearly defining goals and building reliable data to developing and evaluating AI systems in terms of both performance and ethics. By combining data-driven intelligence (AI) and ethical wisdom (Four Noble Truths), organizations can make well-rounded, rational, and responsible strategic decisions and achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly changing environment.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4536ROLE OF THE UPAKARA HORSE IN KHON PERFORMANCE2025-10-03T11:00:20+07:00Ronnakorn EiamjaroenBenzronnakorn1987@gmail.comSurat jongdaBenzronnakorn1987@gmail.comTheeraphut TongnimBenzronnakorn1987@gmail.com
This research aims to study the roles and dance movements of the character Uphakarn horse in the Khon performance of Ramakien: The Release of Maa Uppakarn. A qualitative research methodology was employed, involving documentary study, performance observation, and in-depth interviews with experts in Thai classical dance. Analyze in a descriptive manner

The findings reveal that:

Uphakarn horse plays a significant role as the royal steed of Phra Ram, symbolizing power, loyalty, and sanctity. The performer conveys these attributes through refined and vigorous dance gestures, reflecting the traditional belief in the king’s divine authority and virtue within Thai performing arts.

The dance movements of Uphakarn horse integrate standard Natyasap (classical dance vocabulary) with natural equine gestures such as walking, jumping, and stamping, expressing strength and grace in harmony with the rhythm and emotional tone of the Khon performance.

Analyzed through the Body Language Theory and Role Theory, the study explains that the performer uses bodily movement as a symbolic language to communicate the emotions, personality, and social status of the character within the Ramakien narrative. From the “Tokyo Convention”—the symbolic starting point for negotiations—to the “Settlement Agreement” after World War II, this article examines historical, international political, and legal contexts, drawing on world-system theory to explore Thailand’s transition from a state of restricted sovereignty to a reclaimed nation-state in the post-war era. This academic article demonstrates that the “dynamics of Thai territory” is not simply a history of territorial loss or regain, but also a dynamic of the Thai state’s efforts to maintain its independence and dignity in a world beset by hegemonic pressures. It also reflects diplomatic wisdom and the ability to use the “force of transformation” to sustain national security. Furthermore, it aims to open up academic space for a deeper understanding of Thai history, viewing territory not only as a physical border. But as a symbol of power, bargaining and the identity of the Thai state that still exists in the changing currents of modern global geopolitics.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/5018WORK PERFORMANCE COMPETENCIES OF EMPLOYEES AT PHAKHAI TOWN MUNICIPALITY, PHAKHAI DISTRICT, PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE2025-10-24T16:13:53+07:00Suttinan Vongpattaranon wkamonwan@aru.ac.thKamonwan Wanthanangwkamonwan@aru.ac.th
This study aimed to: (1) examine the level of work performance competencies of employees at PhakHai Town Municipality, PhakHai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; and (2) identify appropriate guidelines for developing such competencies. The study employed qualitative research methodology, specifically field action research, collecting data through interviews with 25 key informants and a focus group discussion with 10 participants. The data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research results according to objective 1 found that: Health needs for monks in Nong Khai are complex, encompassing physical, mental, and environmental dimensions beyond general medical treatment. Physical Health: The main challenge is NCDs (e.g., diabetes), linked to uncontrolled Pindapata/food consumption. Mental Health: Support is needed due to isolation from solitary practice and stress from daily duties. Environmental Health: Requires proper sanitation management (waste/wastewater) and clean drinking water access in temples.

The research findings for objective 2 indicate tha: The development of health care knowledge was effectively integrated by combining Buddhist principles (such as mindfulness and moderation) with modern medical science (such as first aid and technology) and local wisdom. This integrated knowledge was then transferred to the volunteer network, the Phra Khilanupatthak (Monk Caregivers), establishing them as the core mechanism for driving and raising health awareness within the monastic community.

The research results according to objective 3 found that: The care model is “Proactive and Holistic,” prioritizing prevention and promotion, led by the Phra Khilanupatthak network as the key coordinator. This requires clear cooperation from all sectors (Public Health, community, private) for support. Collaboration occurs at three levels: Temple (individualized care), Sub-district (knowledge exchange/networking), and Provincial (strategic planning/policy support), ensuring a continuous and comprehensive system.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4649THE EFFECT OF BRAND ATTACHMENT AND ELECTRONIC WORD-OF-MOUTH ON THE REPURCHASE INTENTION FOR COSMETICS VIA THE SHOPEE APPLICATION AMONG GENERATION Z CONSUMERS IN CHIANG MAI PROVINCE2025-10-03T21:42:45+07:00Pongsiri KamkankaewKpongsiri85@gmail.comJatupron WongmahatlekKpongsiri85@gmail.comSiriphan ChureemasKpongsiri85@gmail.comSugris LimphothongKpongsiri85@gmail.com
This study investigates the effect of brand attachment and electronic word-of-mouth on the repurchase intention for cosmetics via the Shopee application among Generation Z consumers in Chiang Mai Province. In the digital era, e-commerce has become a central platform for shopping, and the cosmetics industry is one of the fastest growing sectors. Shopee, as the leading e-commerce platform in Thailand, plays an important role in shaping consumer behavior through its features such as personalized recommendations, promotions, and user reviews. The research focuses on two key factors: brand attachment, which reflects the emotional and psychological connection between consumers and cosmetic brands, and electronic word-of-mouth, which represents online reviews, ratings, and recommendations that strongly influence purchase decisions. A survey of 400 Generation Z consumers was conducted using a structured questionnaire, and data were analyzed through multiple regression.

The results show that both brand attachment (β = 0.185, p < 0.05) and electronic word-of-mouth (β = 0.286, p < 0.05) have significant positive effects on repurchase intention, with eWOM showing a stronger impact. The model explained 63.2% of the variance in repurchase intention, confirming the importance of these two factors. The findings suggest that businesses should strengthen brand attachment by creating positive consumer experiences and trust, while also managing eWOM effectively through online engagement, reviews, and influencer strategies. This study provides valuable insights for online cosmetic retailers and marketers in designing strategies that encourage repeat purchases and build sustainable consumer loyalty in the competitive e-commerce environment
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/5007EFFECT OF CARDIO EXERCISE PROGRAM ON PERCENTAGE OF FAT AND MUSCLE MASS OF NURSING STUDENTS 2025-10-22T13:49:20+07:00Nitinai Sanguansripuyinum@gmail.comPiyathida Laemsanpuyinum@gmail.comChokonan Nagamaipuyinum@gmail.comChavapat Tocharoenbodeepuyinum@gmail.com
This research article aims to: 1) study the effects of a 12-week cardio exercise program on body fat percentage and muscle mass in female nursing students; 2) compare body fat percentage and muscle mass values before and after participating in the program; and 3) compare the differences between the experimental and control groups after the end of the experiment.

The research was quasi-experimental. The sample consisted of 40 female nursing students from Northern College, divided into an experimental group and a control group, each with 20 participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests.

The research findings show that

1) The experimental group's body fat percentage significantly decreased from 36.86% to 34.71% at a statistical significance level of .05, while the control group's body fat percentage increased from 34.68% to 36.21%.

2) The experimental group significantly increased muscle mass from 22.68 kilograms to 23.83 kilograms at a statistical significance level of .05, while the control group showed no statistically significant difference, and

3) Comparison results between groups showed that the average percentage of body fat differed significantly (p < .05), but no difference was found in muscle mass.

In conclusion, the cardio program is effective in reducing body fat and helping female nursing students maintain muscle mass, making it suitable for application in health promotion activities for youth and healthcare professionals.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4663A STUDY OF TOURIST SATISFACTION IN KHON KAEN NATIONAL MUSEUM FOR SUPPORTING MUSEUM EVENT MANAGEMENT IN KHON KEAN PROVINCE THAILAND2025-10-04T21:57:18+07:00Nattawat PhongphetPh.burin@kkumail.comNisachol RamleePh.burin@kkumail.comBenjawan SaenratPh.burin@kkumail.comThirachaya ChaikasemPh.burin@kkumail.com
This research article aims to: (1) examine tourist satisfaction with cultural tourism at the Khon Kaen National Museum, and (2) propose a model for museum-based event management in Khon Kaen Province. A mixed-methods research design was employed, utilizing 400 questionnaires and in-depth interviews as primary research instruments. The study population and samples consisted of three groups: (1) five representatives from government agencies involved in tourism development in Khon Kaen Province, (2) seven tourism-related business operators, and (3) 400 tourists visiting the Khon Kaen National Museum. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Further, model development was conducted through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify variables derived from the questionnaire. These variables were grouped into factors using statistical software, which were subsequently verified through a measurement model to assess model fit. Finally, a structural model was constructed, and findings were discussed in accordance with the research objectives.

Findings revealed that: Tourists expressed a high level of overall satisfaction with cultural tourism components at the Khon Kaen National Museum. The highest satisfaction was associated with attractions. In terms of cultural heritage values, social value was rated highest, while satisfaction with exhibitions was highest for temporary exhibitions. The proposed museum-based event management model comprises three dimensions: Space Management: Clear demarcation of protected antiquities through signage or barriers. Museum Management: Implementation of a knowledge management system concerning the origins of artifacts and archaeological sites. Exhibition Presentation: Artifacts should be interpreted through narratives, belief systems, lifestyles, and historical backgrounds to enhance cultural understanding and visitor engagement.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MADPIADP/article/view/4543ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL TOWARDS BECOMING A LEARNING ORGANIZATION FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA, SURAT THANI, AREA 22025-09-26T12:18:15+07:00 Matchima Yongyueangkong66052503015@student.sru.ac.thYanisa Boonchit66052503015@student.sru.ac.thPichamon Sureeyaphan66052503015@student.sru.ac.th
This research aimed to (1) study the current and desirable conditions of academic administration toward becoming a learning organization, (2) develop a model of academic administration toward becoming a learning organization, and (3) evaluate the developed model for schools under the Office of Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The study employed a research and development (R&D) design consisting of three steps. Step 1 The current and desirable conditions of academic administration toward becoming a learning organization were studied. The sample comprised 246 school administrators and academic heads from 123 schools selected through stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire containing 65 items covering five aspects of academic administration and four aspects of learning organization development. The questionnaire’s item–objective congruence (IOC) values ranged from 0.80 to 1.00, and the overall reliability (Cronbach’s alpha) was 0.95. Step 2 The model was developed through interviews with seven experts using a semi-structured interview form validated for content accuracy by three specialists. Step 3 The developed model was evaluated by 48 school administrators and academic heads selected through purposive sampling. The evaluation instrument measured the model’s appropriateness, feasibility, accuracy, and usefulness, with an overall reliability of 0.94.

Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that (1) the current condition of academic administration was at a high level, while the desirable condition was at the highest level; (2) the developed model consisted of four components: principles, objectives, operational procedures, and success conditions; and (3) the overall evaluation of the model was at the highest level in all aspects.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Modern Academic Development and Promotion Journal
