ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING TO THE OPERATIONS QUALITY OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of factors related to the administration of child development centers under local administrative organizations, Pathum Thani Province. 2) study the level of quality of child development center operation. 3) study the administrative factors affecting the quality of child development center operation. Population: 122 child development centers under local administrative organizations, Pathum Thani Province. The sample group: The sample group in this study: 98 child development centers under local administrative organizations, Pathum Thani Province. The sample size was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970: 608) and simple random sampling by drawing lots. Each center was assigned three informants: one administrator and two teachers of the child development center, for a total of 294 informants. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.8965. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and normal multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that: 1) Overall, the administrative factors of child development centers under local administrative organizations in Pathum Thani Province were at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level, ranked from the highest average as follows: administrative process, followed by information technology, personnel, budget, and equipment, respectively. 2) The overall quality of the child development center operations under the local administrative organization, Pathum Thani Province, was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level, ranked as follows: participation and support, followed by academics and curricular activities, promotion of early childhood development networks, buildings, locations, environment, and safety of child development centers, personnel, and child development center management. 3) The results of the factor analysis found that all five factors affected the quality of child development center operations. and together they were able to predict the quality of child development center management at 91.30 percent with statistical significance at the .05 level. The prediction equation in raw score form was Ŷ = .788(Constant) + .284(a1) + .245(a2) + .112(a3) + .148(a4) +.308(a5) and the prediction equation in standard score form = .345(a1) + .168(a2) + .132(a3) + .185(a4) + .264(a5).
