บทคัดย่อ
ความร่วมมือในการบริหารสาธารณะมีความสำคัญต่อการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประชาชนและรัฐบาล เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่านโยบายและบริการต่างๆ ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของชุมชนได้ดีขึ้น ส่งเสริมความโปร่งใส ความครอบคลุม และความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน นำไปสู่การบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นประชาธิปไตยมากขึ้น บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมพลเมืองสู่ความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวทางในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประชาชนในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดินเน้นที่การกำกับดูแลแบบร่วมมือกัน โปร่งใส และครอบคลุม โดยการส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจร่วมกัน ความไว้วางใจ และความรับผิดชอบ ความร่วมมือเหล่านี้ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่านโยบายต่างๆ สะท้อนถึงความต้องการของชุมชน กรอบกฎหมาย การแบ่งปันทรัพยากร และเทคโนโลยีช่วยให้เกิดความร่วมมือที่ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ในระยะยาว ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทั้งรัฐบาลและประชาชน
